The Father, Son and Holy Spirit are honored and revered in the Solemnity of the Most Holy Trinity. Every Catholic man can grow in happiness by building the Virtues of Faith, Hope and Charity so he can believe, trust and love the Most Holy Trinity and grow in the Virtue of Prayer so he can pray to each Person of the Trinity.

Commentary
Following His miraculous Resurrection from the dead and spending 40 days with His disciples in preparation for His departure, Jesus gathered the eleven remaining Apostles (Judas Iscariot had committed suicide) a final time in Galilee, where He first called and formed them.
Meeting Jesus, the Apostles fall to their knees in awe and worship Him; some of the Apostles, still uncertain and confused, have harbored doubts. Jesus knows their doubts and reaffirms God the Father has given all authority in Heaven and on earth to the Son; the Apostles, steeped in Scriptures, probably realize Jesus is confirming the royal power given to the Son of Man (Dan 7:13-14) and their doubts are lessened. Jesus, in His resurrected and glorified body, has lordship over the universe.
Speaking with Divine Authority, Jesus now gives His final commandments to the Apostles, the eleven men He has hand-picked and formed to establish His Holy Catholic Church. Jesus instructs them to make disciples of, “all nations”, confirming that He expects the Apostles, and every Catholic man who follows Him, to evangelize every single soul in the entire world. Establishing the authority and mission of His Apostolic Catholic Church, Jesus directs the Apostles to evangelize in the name of the Trinity and affirms the centrality of the Sacraments (Baptism), His teachings (the Gospel) and the essential requirement to keep “all” the commandments (moral life). Jesus promises to be with the Apostles “always”, giving them life and allowing them to bear fruit in Him.
Be awed by Jesus Christ
Be awed by Jesus as He gives His final commands to the Apostles: Person of the Trinity, with a mysterious Glorified Body, Jesus overwhelms the men, leading them to fall to the ground and worship Him; Divine King, Jesus has absolute Authority (supernatural power to rule and act) over both the eternal (Heaven) and temporal (earth); Divine Priest, Jesus confirms God as Trinity (Father, Son and Holy Spirit) and establishes the Sacrament of Baptism.
Believe, trust, and love the Most Holy Trinity
Realize: The Church celebrates the Solemnity (meaning an annual liturgical celebration of the highest rank) of the Holy Trinity each year, the Sunday after Pentecost Sunday, the celebration of the arrival of the Holy Spirit. The Most Holy Trinity is the beautiful mystery of One God in Three Divine Persons, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, which was revealed by Jesus and is expressed in the Creed.
Believe: Reflect upon the Trinity (CCC 232-267).
Pray: Most Holy Trinity, fill me with the Virtues of Faith, Hope, and Charity so I believe in the reality and unity of the Blessed Trinity, I trust in You, and have a deep and growing love of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
Pray to each Person of the Holy Trinity
Realize: While God is one, it is both possible and commendable to seek to draw closer to each of the three Divine Persons: every Catholic man has been directed by Jesus to the Father in the Our Father, is drawn to the Son in prayer and the Sacraments of Penance and the Eucharist, and is urged to seek the constant help of the Holy Spirit to receive His Gifts and Fruits.
Believe: Reflect upon Praying to the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit (CCC 2664-2672).
Pray: Most Holy Trinity, help me build the Virtue of Prayer (a part of Justice) so I can turn to each of You with my prayers of thanksgiving, praise and petitions, and so I can have a beautiful filial relationship with the Father, the Son and Holy Spirit.
